Shipping Details

Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to process. Bambusa Sheets ships and delivers Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Free Shipping

Check our website when we run promotions: Enjoy free standard shipping anywhere in the contiguous U.S.

 USPS

Priority Mail (1-5 Days) - Option available for orders delivering to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and addresses within the contiguous U.S.

Parcel Post (5-15 Days) - Option available for orders delivering to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and addresses within the contiguous U.S.

Priority Mail International (5-15 Days) - Option available for orders delivering to Canada and Australia

 

RETURN POLICY:

If you’re not satisfied with Bambusa sheets products, we would be happy to help you process a return. The return must be requested within 60 days of delivery. All refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of package.

Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs are the responsibility of purchaser!

Simply follow the steps below to start your return request:

  1. There are no return labels to print! A full refund will process on the returned items--there is no additional fees involved in processing your return (Bambusa sheets does not cover the return shipping fees. Please choose the courier that works best for you).
  2. Be sure to repackage your items for return in any parcel container/box that will accommodate them
  3. Include your full name & order ID# as display on your order
